Noticed 3 small white dots that have appeared on one of my polyps. Probably showed up a couple of days ago. Also noticed another dot appear on a neighboring polyp, so it is spreading in some way. It might be pox, but they don't appear like pimples. In fact they don't cast a shadow at all and...
