After many request to move my Build over to R2R........Well here we go!
This build I started on 11/03/2012.
Remember this build was planned very well and so I'll did moved fast on this.
Will copy and past and put the original date with it.
Also comments are welcome but remember this tank is already running for almost three months now and doing really well.
I will also copy and past some of the funny post my fellow reefers posted on my build thread.
This tank is made by Planet Aquariums out of Dallas.
Custom made 72x27x24 three side starphire with a coast to coast overflow.

On 11/03/12:

What are your plans for the weekend??

At least now I have a similar pile of wood, waiting on time to start on my 120 stand. 3 sheets of free Chinese birch cut in half and plenty of 1x8 and 1x10 for the hood.

Tektike, BOD,
Yeah, get to fix the downstairs toilet this weekend, yayyyyy...toilet was rocking a little, pulled the toilet to find the plastic flange underneath is completely broken so I have to replace that, really fun to do when the drainpipe is encased in concrete, flange is cemented to the drainpipe, and tile grout is encasing the flange! Blah....

Been busy all morning already...........yard work done, we got tank-less water heaters so we don't have to drain.
Btw we got a extra hour,

Update 11/04/2012.

Now back to the 202 Diesel tank build.

Will work on rockwork design and plumbing today.

Pic of the yard, as you see yard-work is done in flash at Casa Diesel.

I'm using EpoPutty.
This stuff sets in approx 30 min and is cured out of the water in about 2 hrs.
Under water it cures in 6 to 8 hrs.

EPO Putty USA

By Pure Magic:

It looks like your build is coming together nicely Ben. I have a couple of things I would like to point out about your build & thread.
Is that two tanks side by side in this picture? If so, that is just genius! I love it. If I could decorate my house the way I want I would go for more tanks than City Pets in my house. Too bad my conscious, warden, better half, aka wife won't go for that.
Whoa 202 is a lotta water. There is a lot of room in that tank. Can't wait to see the goodies packed in.
You are the rock work master. Your rock work looks amazing. Defying gravity is always awesome. Can't wait to see it in the tank.

BTW your yard of the month sign ROCKS!

Rob, that's the 30 gallon rimless starphire zoa cube tank next to the stand. It will be broken down soon.
I have through out the whole house freshwater tanks total of 20 include my CRS (Crystal Red Shrimp) farm.
Two salty ones, a 120 and a 30, all will be taken down and will be in the 202.
Got rit of 5 tanks so far, will have by the end of this year only my 202 Diesel tank.
Have a lot of buyers for my breeding shrimp tanks.
All equipment for my 202 is funded so far by selling CRS shrimps.
Yes, rock work isn't that hard so long you understand the concept of what your corals will be doing as growth in your tank.

Looking great Ben!, Are you planning to do a similar angled top like your other tank?
