I decided to take down my 68g half cylinder tank for something easier to work on and a simpler setup. After looking at several different tanks I decided on the Innovative Marine Lagoon 50g.

I decided to go with a custom built stand. I used one MP10 and one Kessil A350w from the 68g. I'm using one InTank floss holder and one InTank media basket. I had a hard time deciding on a skimmer but ultimately went with the Midsize ghost skimmer. I ran the skimmer in a 5 gallon bucket of tank water for two weeks before setting up the tank. The skimmer has been working well so far, tank has only been up for a week.

The custom stand is gorgeous! Tank is looking good too. Is that a China Wrasse you have?

Happy reefing! :D

Added two spin streams, so far I'm pretty happy with them. They definitely decreased the flow, but I just turned up the MP10

Added a second Vortech MP 10 this weekend. Really surprised how much of a difference adding the second mp10 has made. Also added a rainbow bubble tip

I have two MP10's on my 45 AIO and I actually keep the flow low at about 45% on both of them

That's about where mine are set. The issue I was having with one was I had to crank it up to get good flow on the opposite side of the tank, but than everything on the first half of the tank was getting blasted by flow. This was causing issues for some LPS corals. Everything seems pretty happy now.

Added a Midas blenny, green/orange rock flower, and green/purple octospawn this weekend. The tank so slowly starting to fill in. I'm going to need to add some green to the left side of the tank.

I haven't updated this thread in a long time. I upgraded the Kessil A350w to a A360we with controller about six months ago, but I'm currently pondering changing out the Kessil for a four lamp T5. I will also be re aquascaping this weekend as I begin to change the tank over to a bubble tip anemone tank. I currently have one rainbow and one green BTA. Our clubs frag swap is in two weeks and I'm planning to load up on BTA's at the swap. I'm also considering removing the spin streams and going back to the factory nozzles and removing one of the MP10's when I add more BTA's. I plan on taking some photos this weekend.
