The tank came with three 1 1/4" drains and severals 3/4" for return. I used the bean animal in the past and i loved it so i'm gonna stick with that drain type and only use two 3/4" on each corner for return. Here's the plumbing done. I opted to use red/gray to match the reef octopus skimmer!

What are the grey cord caddies called that holds all of the excess wire under your EB-8's? That is exactly what I need

Yes thanks for the info I'm interested but I have a very small space to do anything and have a plexiglas divider between my Apex controller board and my refugium but your setup is sweet thanks for sharing

Thanks. What other application are you using for the break out box? Trying to utilize it to its full potential but drawing blanks after the LEDs haha

I also use float switches in skimmer to prevent overflow! Also in sump if water level get too high or too low! Im using liter meter three to do auto water change so i gotta have those back up plan just in case tbe doser fail!

Done with the initial cycle for a while. I got my eyes on these two beautiful pair of red sea regal from my awesome lfs. They were eating at the store and i want them to be the first two in the tank. So i pulled the trigger :)

Hooked up the calcium reactor yesterday so i can calibrate the pH probe! Also modified the vertex media reactor and use it as 2nd chamber! That reactor was not good for gfo anyway!

I have been lazy and haven't been updating my tank for a while. Here are some new pictures of the tank.

The pair of regals are doing great, eating everything from pellet, frozen, nori and clam.

Convict tang is the boss in the tank! He was a good algae eater before but lately he's been lazy and just waiting around the feeding area lol

Love the ATI hybrid, i probably wont go back to LED :) Tank's been doing great. I battle green hair algae and cyano for a while due to heavy feeding the regals :) but everything is under control. Need to get the avast porthole for more top view shots.
