Your build has had some downs. Sorry for your struggles. I like how the 125 is coming along. are those rw8s or 15?
Lol yeah it's definitely been an interesting journey, but stuff happens. Thanks my winter project is replacing the the back glass on the 180 or getting the wife to let me build another 180 with a ghost overflow. We will see what happens. And it's actually 2 rw8 and 2 rw15

Well this is how the tank is currently sitting

Sps all have great polyp extension but horrible growth. Need to get new test kits and figure out exactly what's happening with the water chemistry.

Other than poor growth all coral seem happy and healthy. All of my fish are fat and happy so im really happy with the tank right now. Theres a few more small fish id like to get before I start buying coral again. Hoping to start getting alot of my inverts also

Hope they take off soon, I loved watching your sps frags base out in the old tanks. :)
Yeah hoping to get some of my collection back from local guys. I don't sell my frags I just give them to local guys. So hopefully they will give me a frag back. Then I can hopefully expand my collection with some more nice high end pieces

Thought I had my cyano problem fixed but it only lasted a month and came back. Decided it was time to get back on my maintenance and taking care of the tank. I mounted all my frags to get the rack out of the tank. I scraped all the glass that I could, added filter socks and started running carbon and gfo again. Did a waterchange and the cyano is slowly fading away. A good friend is taking a break from the hobby so im about to get 5 more fish and some sps frags. That should fill in the tank nicely then I can concentrate on upgrading/ buying equipment I want.

Decided I was going to make my own fish food Thursday night so picked up some clams and whole shrimp. Took the shell off the shrimp and threw everything in the food processor. Fed the tank alittle and they ate everything pretty quickly. Heres some pictures

Nice work on the food, fish look very healthy. :)
Thanks. Been awhile since we talked. How is everything going? Do you have a thread on here? Need to tag me in it if so. You know i need to see the big cats [emoji76]

The fish actually have ich. Kole tang got stressed a couple weeks ago when I was cleaning the sand. So far so good though. No rapid breathing and no deaths. We will see how it turns out. Not the first time these fish had ich

Wow thats terrible to hear. Lost my cat during the disaster in the holding tank. Lost power for 2 days. Stupid mistake. I plan on starting a nice collection of them like you had. Once i get a new 180 then ill have plenty of room for them up front and center.

Found your thread and the tanks looking great. I'll be waiting for updates
