Looking to replace my power heads, at least one due to loss of suction.

I'd really like something that is made with anemone in mind, I've had two, and both have ended up sucked into the powerhead of doom. I've looked a little online but google doesn't turn up much of anything more recent than 2010. Any ideas or suggestions?

The problem I had with the foam covers was keeping them on the wet side of the pump. They use to blow off over night. Had to zip tie them on the wet sides to hold them on. [emoji3]

How often do you have to replace those foam covers? They're about 12 bucks a pop right?

Not sure how much they are as I have trained Nems but you just rinse them every few days or so.

Sorry, but there's no such thing. closed loop would be best.

What do you mean by closed loop? I ended up zip tying some filter pad onto my powerhead but i'm afraid it will take too much flow from it and damage the motor. any thoughts?

I was told to use some nylon pantyhose and cover the powerhead. I haven't tried it but that's what I'm going to do in a few days when I get my nem.
