Does she have sand? Is she in an acclimation box within your display?

I would just let her dive into your sand bed. That's were they feel the safest. They may hide for up to a week but will eventually come out if they're going to make it. I've been keeping leopards for almost 6yrs and feel that would be your best bet.

Can you dim your lights? This can reduce the stress of being in a pitch black bag for 24hrs

No sand in bag and yes in acclimation box as per advice of @evolved @eatbreakfast to observe her for few days and get her feeeding and adjusted to new light scheduling. .....however she is going at sides of box wanting to get out for sure she kind on smaller end for what i thought was going be but hope she pulls through ...so far i tried feeding mysis, lrs reef frenzy, live brine, liveblackworms and no takers on any of them as of now

I can't argue with either of their opinions as I very much respect what they have to say. But if this was my leopard I would let her out into the tank and let her seek the place she feels the safest which is in the sand. She probably will not eat for a few days which is normal. The acclimation box in this case, with this type of wrasse and under the circumstances which you got her, is doing more harm than good. The acclimation box IMO will not be the determining factor in her survival. Safety and the ability to eat will be....

My fear is that she will damage her jaw trying to get out the box and into the sand and if this happens it's usually deadly....

Valid concerns, but if she buries for a week or longer, she will be without food, and behind the eightball, so to speak, whereas in the acclimation box she will settle down soon enough, get food, and get used to the light schedule.
