Hello- I have the a360w with spectral controller and when I set up a specific time- Quick set 1 it does not match on the home screen. For example at 17:00 I set it up at 20%color and 15% intensity but the home screen says 5%color and 4%intensity. Is this normal, Am I doing something wrong or I got a bad controller?
Thank you.

What was your full lighting schedule?
From on to off times and percentages.
I see on the picture the time is 1955 and if your off time is close after 1955 it is ramping down to shut off.

I set it up different times with their own color and intensity so that makes it to ramp up/down.
My question is why is it not showing on the home screen the #'s that I programmed with.

The controller will only display 20% color and 15% intensity at 17:00. Thereafter, it would be ramping up/down until it reaches your next scheduled setting. In this case, it appears that it's ramping down.

Hmmm I set mine to turn off at 8pm and it usually turns off at 7:56pm. Not sure why you're getting such a significant gap.

Fairly certain the Kessils have a minimum percentage starting/ending point.

In other words 9pm is when it hits 0% but the light actually turns on/off at 5%. That 5% is the last few minutes of the ramp down.

Are you on the latest Firmware version? Kessil's support is outstanding. My lights ramp up and down to 1% and at 0% it shuts off.

At 9p everything I programmed is at 0.

Right but the light needs 5% power to turn on. So at whatever time your ramp down hits 5% is when it actually shuts off. Mine also hits 0 at 9pm but actually turns off at 8:50 or so. Even earlier when in acclimation mode and adjusting intensities.

At the specific times you have set you should see those numbers. However the lights ramp, they don't just jump from one setting to the next. SO from the looks of your settings, for example, at 16:00 your display should show something like 27% 25% (about half way between your 15:00 and 17:00 setting), then at 17:00 it should show the 20% 15% you have set.

Mine also shut off before they reach 0% probably when the controller hits like 3% they go off. Which is only like 5-10 minutes before my 0% setting.

Also the issue I see is that your ramp down from 17:00 to 21:00 is 4 hours so I could certainly see your lights shutting off almost an hour before your 0% setting. 15% / 4 hours is about 4% change per hour. So by 10:00 you are hitting that 4% intensity or less which could shut your lights off.

Point being, I don't think there is anything wrong with your controller.
