Don't think vibrant is your solution here.
Of course you can give it a shot as many ppl think it's a miracle solution to all the problems in this hobby.

Also have to add, there was a lot of micro bibles in the tank...the skimmer acted up amd sent a crap ton of micro bubbles...

If this is the result of micro bubbles than maybe it ain't Dino's.
Diatoms, Cyano, Spirulina almost look the same if you blast them with micro bubbles.
Lets see in the morning of the oxygen bubbles are gone, if they are we probably have to deal with cyano or spirulina.
Dino's will keep the bubbles overnight and looks really stringy as in your pics.
Tomorrow morning will give us some more info.

They have kept the bubbles in ice night before bit easily stocked out amd if you wipe your hand by it they come out really easily

I feed maybe every 2 or 3 days, ussually just frozen with garlic and selcon, then every 3 or so days I feed fuel for the coral

Knowing where you are on Po4 and No3 will be handy and I'm sure that it's already in your thread some where but daily testing on No3 is a must especially if your system have problems like this.
