My fry are a day old and they just seem to be sticking to side of glass. Some are swimming around but about 60 % of them have there heads against side of tank. I taped black paper around all 4 sides and expire melted with different light intensities, but it doesn't change anything. There are enough rotifers in there. Any help would be great so I can get them off the side of the tank and get them feeding.

Ok I added some rotifer feed to tank to add contrast and It seemed to work. It was just worrying about me as they weren't feeding on anything and just had there heads to the glass

Larvae on the top of the water (pre meta) means not enough light
Larvae on the bottom of the tank (pre meta) means too much light
Larvae hugging the side of the tank (pre meta) means the water isn't tinted enough.

May I ask why they even need light at all? I mean I know it can't be pitch black but shouldn't ambient light enough for them to feed?

What does greening the water do other than feeding the rotifers
