i currently have 2 Eflux power heads in my tank. One has been in since the start (3 weeks) and the other is fairly new (4 days). They are controlled by the ic loop system Current has somewhat recently introduced.

In the past hour I've noticed the original pump shuts itself off and will only turn on if I turn the individual pump off then on again, it happens within minutes of restarting it. The loop system controller shows it's on even when the pump isn't pushing water. Anyone else have this happen? Any quick tips? Or call the manufacturer?

Try giving the pump a vinegar bath for a few hours. scrub off any tank crowd and put it back in and see how it works
