I have 3 over my 180 FOWLR and I just got another for my 36 reef tank. I love the ones over my 180 but haven't mounted the one over the reef tank yet.

2nd that. I was looking at the OceanRevive ones, and Santa wouldn't mind saving a few bucks [emoji383] [emoji389]

These are the two types that I have

This is the one for my reef tank that hasn't yet been installed.

And this is the one that I have 3 of over my 180 and love them! They are just blues and whites though.

I'm about to start a Reefledlab build for my 125 gallon Reef, hopefully with their new True Spectrum controller, but that'll cost more then these by far. I may try 3 of these in my 100 gallon FOWLR and try raising some corals in there...

Be very careful buying aquarium leds on Ebay. There are some very reputable brands sold there, like ours, EverGrow, ReefBreeders and others. But there is a lot of unbranded junk sold there as well. One company in China was trying to take over the low end of the market and was/is selling fixtures at under $90 that others sell for $120 or more. The cheap fixture works when you first get it. But it has cheap fans, virtually no heatsink, isn't very likely to last very long and they don't support their product. The latest rumor we've heard is that they are going out of business.

Buying cheap is a gamble. And you can get a winner sometimes, but it's still a gamble.

I've got the eBay lights over all of my tanks, including my prop system. I swear by them. Dimmable, full spectrum, USA seller, and reasonably priced. My corals love them and grow like mad. The seller I buy from is ecotachi on eBay.

220g mixed reef
75g sps/monti
90g zoa garden
75g shoom/softy tank

They are all under the ebay leds. And I could not ask for better growth or color. Love 'em.

I replaced my 500+w V-HO T5 setup on a established 90gsps with two of the ebay fixtures (topledseller 165w full spectrum dimmable) been six months and very impressed - great growth and color have two more in my shopping cart going to start converting the 20 bulb 300g- for the cost of bulbs and ballasts over the year I can purchase three new led units every year-

I purchased an OceanRevive T247 few months back. I couldnt be happier with it. I love the way it looks and the corals look happy as well. I would purchase it again.

I have a 72x18x22 tank that that has 2 cross braces on top. Could I get away with 2 fixtures above the tank, or do I have to do 3 to prevent shadowing?

Which model word you recommend for my 125? And would 2 work?

Shadowing is a issue and the braces will add to that effect-sort of depends on what you want to keep and where in relation to the lights- the two I have on the 48" fill the tank well with a bit of spill over all around at 12" above the water I do get a low par area (shadow) in the center from the brace-the fixtures I have are 16"lg
