Received my first order from Vivid Aquarium. The customer service was great. They answered my questions before I ordered. One of the Wrasse's ordered was out of stock so they called me to discuss options. I really appreciate the personal touch of a phone call versus a generic out of stock email.

The order was packaged well and everyone arrived live. The red line wrasse is resting on the bottom; but I think he'll be fine. He spent some time testing my top. Thankfully the top was secure. He tested it several places and multiple times.

I purchased some Trochus snails and Tonga Conch. The size of both was very good. They were at the large end of the range.
