And what are German Blue digi's may I ask. If it's coral ( probably not) I'll take way not LOL
They're purple with a blue hue depending on lighting and such. There's a green digi right next to it too lol

Hmm I watched a guy on you tube liberally add Lugol's iodine to a bowl of water in which he had a coral he was going to frag. I wondered why so much and if it was going to harm the frag.
Where can you get that Bayers ( gee here I thought it was thir aspirin) insect stuff the exact name please and how
I do 1ml of Bayer to 1-gallon of tank water, dip - usually 10-15 minutes, and do a double rinse with display water.
You can find it at home depot or lowes....

****Warring this stuff can and will kill all pods if the coral is not rinsed off VERY well.****

Alex do you have any digi's? I was actually going to create a digi garden but the blue killed the red/orange one. Has this happened to you?

I do in the 150, but only the orange digi, and never noticed it killing anything, matter of fact, a green slimmer I have was going after it with deadly intent.

I'm not sure what you mean. It spreads like crazy and gets taller and taller. The one in the pic I took half of it off on the left side because it was so big.
Sorry, I actually have micro colonies starting on live rock in different areas of my tank it seems like it just spreads there a-sexually so I'm assuming it's a dropped polyp and it floated to that area and attached.

Lol gotta love that green slimer!!

That's like everywhere I see monticaps growing around acros and no problem. But I had to remove my huge red cap because it was stinging the green slimer and 3 other acros!

No not in this case but apparently hydnopora does that! So if you have one watch for it. I also removed the hydnopora for that reason. That coral is very deadly to it's neighbors.

Thanks for the heads up, I never really got into hydnopora, but now I don't think won't to!

It traveled the full length of my tank! At first I thought it may have been a spec of green monticap, then as it got larger I could tell it was actually hydnopora. Then I saw a couple more in other locations.... time to go says I!

Wow!!! Amazing!
Crazy right, he's one of the first reefers that I recall watching the video from when I first got into this hobby.

Thanks guy. Do you think this is better than Coral RX?
I've been using that
