How long does it take for a torch to grow , I've noticed pinching at a few heads but I'm not sure.....

That my friend is how good of a care taker you are on the overall balance of your tank.
I have a few torches and some grow faster than others, yet they are in the same tank.
Post up some parameters and I might can give you some pointers ;)

Yep, it ll keep tightening through the middle till it is rwo separate heads or in your case 3 by the looks. My other euphyillia split quicker than the torchs.

Is is possible for a torch that is sick /dying to come back, it doesn't look like brown hello disease but there is exposed skeleton, I received a frag of a torch as a freebie to an order but it was stressed pretty bad...

Is your coral holding on?
No unfortunately it didn't make it ,I had to take it out of the tank ,it smelled so bad and the hermit crabs started to have their way with it ,it to was too far gone , I had got it as a freebie from a purchase I made with Aqua-sd, I had emailed them but they haven't responded about it , my other torches are fine though ,it was just that torch that was the problem ,it tried to dip it but it didn't help so now I have just 2

sorry for the loss. I really like AquaSD. Great company. I will be buying some corals from them today if something catches my eye.

I've noticed that torches HATE alkalinity swings more than anything, except peppermint shrimp. Keeping alk stable and moderate, but indirect flow and moderate lighting are the friends on this euphillya

I've been doing pretty good with them , it's just that this coral came in like this ,it sucks ,it looked like it would have been a nice piece
