Glad you finally got the meds your fish need!
Thank you! I'm glad I was able to find the quantities we really needed. These will go a long way for restocking my 180. The four fish in QT are all I have left. Blue Tang, CBB, Pacaso Clown, Aiptasia eating file fish. I did have a beautiful collection of fish, then I decided that I needed to put them in QT and let my display go fallow due to spot that kept popping up on my Blue Tang. Well I moved them in to my QT that had been set up and running for months. That night it got very cold here in Florida and for some unexplained reason my heart failed to click on at some point. The next day I saw dead and dyeing fish. I quickly moved them to my sump but most died in there. It was a terrible day.
This is before I killed them all..........
I can barely even think about it.
The CBB is looking great, made huge improvement now on day 2 of the triple treatment for mystery disease. The reddish spot on her just behind the fin and been about the same for weeks and in two days is healing very nicely!
Nice! Remember though, 10 days of treatment. Don't be tempted to end prematurely.

I've used cupramine and it was successful. That being said it is a 20gal qt and I ran qt on 2 tangs with ich for a week and ich was gone with 2 day I saw no ich but I waited it outI think I want to do the Cupramine.
Should I start today after feeding or let the new fish settle in a day or two?
I think I want to start today after a little food.
I removed the water from the QT with the Python hose that pumps it directly to the sink and down the drain, easy street. I have a 55g Brute right next to the QT with a pump and hose, flip a switch and pump fresh salt water Ayer into the tank. Then add the medications. Takes not time at all.
This is great for most situations... but don't rely on it if you are run copper in the future. The copper has to be dosed to the new water before it goes into the tank. For now, your just doing antibiotics right? It's a great plan for that Very smart!
That's correct, I completed my cooper regiment weeks ago. I did mix the copper prior to adding the water to the tank, have to ensure that the concentration never drops right?
Just want you guys (Humblefish and melypr1985) to know you are real life heroes!!
Just look!
