Using such a small amount of dry rock and no sand, I hope you plan to have more rock in your sump for proper bacteria propagation. Otherwise, starting out, you are going to be in for a world of hurt with Dino’s, cyano, GHA, etc.

Do you really think I have “such a small amount” of rocks? It thought it was pretty filled to me.Using such a small amount of dry rock and no sand, I hope you plan to have more rock in your sump for proper bacteria propagation. I do have about 10 pounds of KP and live rocks in my coral QT which will seed this tank.I liked it before with the space between.
Your gonna seed with live?
D
Thank you for the suggestion about the scape. I am able to add more space in between the rocks, I actually didn’t even notice this detail, so I’m grateful you pointed it out!I liked it before with the space between.

Yeah agree looks brilliant.is this a picture from a tank in the middle east, like dubai area.sure once watched a youtuber going to this house and asking the owner all about his tank.had all t5's above tank if remember correctly and canopy slid out on runners for easy access along with lots other cool and useful things ^_^In my ideal world, I would have the tank sticking out to add depth and another layer of viewing. This would look AWESOME! A dream for sure.
I highly doubt this design is possible without going crazy with renovations, but if the price is somewhat decent, I will totally have the tank look like this!
Lol! Imagine they come home and see the house under construction! We are in need of a renovation anyway!Aren’t you a teenager? Better check with your parents before you start major renovations.
Lol, while I find that scene to be funny, they would probably not.Lol! Imagine they come home and see the house under construction! We are in need of a renovation anyway!
I’m kidding of course! I’m almost 100% sure I’m keeping the tank “in wall” like it is now.
@JachPotHow much rock weight wise do you have here? I'm trying to figure out how that would look in a 210...
Can we get a side view or a top down? Pretty please.
