Midas Blenny with a big white spot…

After doing a water change today I tested my copper levels and this is what I got.

Am I correct in thinking that this looks a little low? I tested the new water before I added it and it even looked a little high. Compared to the previous test I did on the tank it dropped a lot.

Yeah that's pretty low. Add a little copper to the tank and test again. Do it slowly until it gets back to therapeutic levels.
