The tank is still filling. Only had one issue so far, a bulkhead that needed more torque on the nut. I should of just used my torque wrench on all the threaded nuts....lol.

Actually no....my first time. I have watched many how to videos. Seen good work and bad work. Decided to give it a try. I think the hardest part is smooth true square cuts. I had the panels cut from the supplier...but when I checked them with my square, they where not true. I ended up cutting the edges again. Acrylic doesn't seem hard to work with. Just need to be patient, edges have to be smooth and square.

Happy New Year everyone. I finally found some time to finish filling up the tank. I used rodi water so it took a few days. I'm proud to say there were no issues. The tank holds water and everything is structurally sound, including the stand.
Next step is to work on the sump and plumbing the supply and return lines.

I'm in love with the 4 sides viewable. Glad you did the center overflow. Nice open stand too.
Thanks Don. I'm going to close up the stand with panels once I'm all done. Finishing the stand will be the final stage.

Started to prepare and plan the peaces of dry rock. Purchased 150lbs of dry rock. It's starting to feel real.
