Material needed:
-specimen container/catch cup
-dropper
-frozen spirulina brine shrimp
-acclimation tube
-reef frenzy
-drill and drill bit
-healthy male or female mandarin

Steps:
-first: take your drill and place it on lowest speed and drill the catch up on only 3 sides, leave the viewing side undrilled, make sure you drill enough holes to allow water to pass through. Once done make sure you sand down anything sharp and rinse it with water only.

-second: Buy a mandarin that is healthy and does not have a sunked in stomach. Using your acclimation tube slowly acclimate it to your tank. Once done carefully place him the cup you drilled and make sure the cup is hanging inside your tank and turn off all lights for couple of hours.

-third: wait a full day to let mandarin calm down in the catchcup, defrost some brine shrimp in a small cup.

-fourth: using the dropper slowly squirt 3 to four pieces of brine into catch cup and step away from the tank and watch from a distance the mandarin will be curious so be patient and see if he eats. Repeat the process for two days and if he accepts it mix the brine with reef frenzy and feed it into catchcup and he should eat both. Once he eats release him.

-fifth: when feeding in main tank turn off all pumps to ensure mandarin can get to food.

Good luck everyone this has work for me many of times ! Ask if you have any questions

Drill that cup with small holes except the clip side and use the dropper to feed

Do you leave the mandarin in the cup until he is eating frozen?
