Hey all!

So my Perc Clown has been getting holes on her head. I have her in the tank with a male Perc.
I also have a few cleaner crabs, snails, zoos, xenia, feather dusters and GSP.

All of my parameters are perfect

.

Any ideas what could be causing this??

Could be damage from flukes, or HLLE?

Perhaps try a freshwater dip (match temp exactly) and see if anything comes off? (Use dark bucket so you can see anything that dislodges)

Not really sure as I don't see much on clowns --

How long have you had the clowns? Were they QT'd? Any other fish present in the tank with them? What are you feeding them?

Great Call @Humblefish as usual.

Causes

There are several suspected contributors to the development of this disease, but one of the most commonly described is that of a vitamin deficiency, particularly Vitamin C. Chronic stress has also been suggested as contributing to the formation of the disease, as has stray voltage within the tank. Some forms of activated carbon have been thought to cause mineral imbalance and increase the incidence of the disease.

Beside the meds suggested, I would also suggest treating with vitamin C , vitamarin M, or treat with the all in one AF Vanity link mixed with the frozen food and bound with seachem focus
