Right now I am feeding my fish mysis and rods food (bought from LFS) along with oyster, whitefish, and squid (from the seafood market.) And newlife spectrum pellets. When I upgrade I don't think I can maintian the price of mysis that will be needed to feed my fish. Is prawn from the seafood market a good substitute for mysis?

Make sure it's wild-caught, not farm-raised. But, yes, they are giod to be added to the diet.

Guts and all, feeds the corals & filter feeders too. :)
Yup, guts and all.
whats in the farmed prawns???steroids ? antibiotics??
Yes and yes, as well as a sub-par nutritional feed.
