I have a 3-way TDS meter on both systems that TDS before DI stage 1, after DI stage 1, after DI stage 2. I have never measured the TDS out of the faucet.
You may want to measure the TDS out of the wall just to eliminate the possibility of a bad membrane or carbon stage. If you're in Houston, you likely have chloramines as well, which may be running through your carbon faster than normal (maybe you don't have it at your house?).

Thank you! I also have a separate hand held TDS meter at my office so I will check both my water supply and the TDS after the membrane. Both my home and office are in Cinco Ranch (same MUD) just outside of Houston. Yes, I believe we have chloramines because I received a letter from our MUD warning us of the change to chloramines in our water supply about 2 years ago.

Any new FTS doc? I'd also love to see how that area in front of the tank with the lounges and view turned out for you.

Beautiful tank! Don't know if I like the communal area though. I prefer to be yelled at about my flossing in private. ;)

Thank you! Open bays are quite common in orthodontic offices these days. We have four chairs in an open bay, two chairs in a semi private bay and two more chairs in private rooms. Lol!

This looks really sharp with all the cabinetry done! I like the orang-red color. The tank makes the office look more fancy.
Looks like you're going to have to start doing grillz for people!

Have you measured TDS going into the DI?
I measured the TDS after the membrane (going into the DI) and it was 9-11 ppm. The TDS after the membrane should be reading between 1-2 ppm. I contacted BRS and they are sending me a replacement membrane and DI resin free of charge. Great customer service! Thank you BRS!

Great, glad to hear you got it figured out. Was the TDS from the wall similar to your home?
I have not measured out of the wall as yet. I will measure the TDS at home and office as soon as I can find my hand held TDS meter.

It's pretty important that you do, because your 9-11 may not be that out of wack. At 250 TDS from the wall (what I get up in the Woodlands) that's indicating a 96% rejection rate. I actually went with one of the SpectraPure guaranteed 99% membranes to get it down to around 4. Plus, with the cooler weather lately, it can be even worse.

Thanks! You guys did an awesome job on the sump and ATO container. They fit together perfectly and look amazing! The 16" overflow looks great too.

Thanks again! I certainly will. My TDS after membrane (before DI) at home is 1-2 ppm compared to 9-11 at the office. Both systems are identical BRS 6-stage, 75 gal/day RODI units.

I drilled and hooked up a quick connect fitting and tubing to my mixing container for auto water changes with the DOS. I will be adding an electronic solenoid controlled via a breakout box to prevent back syphoning, since my SWC is higher than my DOS and sump. I also still have to figure out the programing with the Apex.

BRS was awesome and sent me a replacement membrane and DI resin. My DI resin in chamber 1 is now 100% depleted after just approx. 100 gallons of RODI water and after adding a booster pump. I'm hoping the problem is just a defective membrane (TDS 9-11 ppm after membrane) and changing out the membrane will lower my TDS and conserve my DI resin. I also received a missing y-harness and was able to hook up my auto flush switch.

Your office rocks it. Not just the tank, but everything. Going to the dentist SUX, but if I walked into an office like yours, I would feel at ease. It's so clear that you are trying to make your patients comfortable and that seriously means a lot.
