So I just set up a new tank (90 gallon w/sump). I made my own salt water using HW Marinemix reef. Mixed them in separate containers, and they stayed cloudy for 3 days. I added them into the tank and it's still cloudy after a couple of days with the pumps and power heads going. I'm deathly afraid of it precipitating because it coats everything with that white gunk and I'll have to spend 10 hours cleaning everything, grrrrr!!!! So here are my measurements, any thoughts on what to do to clear it up and prevent a precipitate??? I havent added anything but water and salt.

Salinity: 1.025
PH: 8.03
Calcium: 375
Magnesium: 1200
Alkalinity: 11.2dkh
Phosphate: 0.23
Ammonia: 0

Many salt mixes have some precipitate, which is a reason to mix them separately from a tank. Are there dead spots in the tank (like under live rock) where particles can settle out? It will likely never settle in an empty tank with powerheads on.

I haven't added sand and Rock yet. Should I turn off the power heads and let it settle and then Clean the tank to prevent it coating gear which will be a pain to clean?
