I recently upgraded from a 65 to a 180.

So my old 65 is now my QT

A week ago I bought a 3-4 inch hippo tang from a very reputable source and now it has some mild ich.

I started paraguard and feeding metro and focus. Feeding 3-4x a day and it is eating well.

Will this be enough? I did a lot of searching but most threads never get updated with the results so you never really know.
Seachem claims this will be enough. I plan to treat for 6 weeks.

I really don't want to do copper as I have left over live rock rubble in the QT for biological filtration.

Any thoughts????

there are only three proven treatments for Ich. copper, hypo-salinity, or tank transfer. products can claim whatever they want, but the truth Is they don't work. you will probably have as good a chance by just letting the fish fight It off. give It quality water and food. Ich Is not automatically a death sentence for a fish.
