Probably vdm. I was told its an ultra vdm. Similar vdm but with golden eye. But seems to show signs of vdm. Anyone has this?

I think you're right.
Looked at my BB last night and they are different.
That said I remember that we bought zoa's 25 years ago on rocks, like a whole rock full for $10 and one was better and nicer than the other.
When the name calling came it became at different :(
Same with mushrooms, we had bounces for a $1 about 20 years ago and nobody wanted them cause they were ugly and miss formed.
They thought they had some kind of sea wart on them and so they got tossed in the trash.

The sad part is that it still happens today, that corals get tossed.

It's like, there's a something that COULD be a wad of hundred dollar bills, but you say it looks ugly, and don't take the time to make sure it is what you think it is...

well, sometimes the colors may be dull. i have seen bounce mushrooms with fantastic colors. probably higher grade bounce.

I don't understand the craze. I mean, what is so breathtaking about them? Then again, I've never seen one IRL...
