and one more thing, did you see that I have added 2 steel angle bars in the back ? You think those bars will bend with water once filled?

I think the steel will hold just fine, just watch your front for any signs of bowing, I don't think you'll see any but it pays to be cautious...

it's all looking great, I like how you're running your CL plumbing, that should eliminate dead spots, nice work :)

Thanks redtop3, We will be taking measurements just to be on the safe side. I was more worry about the backside of the tank but after I added 2 steel bars I got piece of mind and sides are supported by the 4x4's on each end which are supporting the roof and I have brace on the side as well which is 8" 3/4" plywood screwed and liquid nailed to plywood and front is supported pretty good since lips that the glass is silicone are screwed and liquid nailed right in the plywood from inside an then two coats of 2 parts epoxy over the lip with Kevlar. Glass is 1/2" tempered which I am sure will no bow. I always had dead spots in the previous systems and did not really want to add bunch of power heads. I am using 8 3/4" flow eductors. Can't wait to finish everything and then do freshwater test for leaks....

Yup I really don't water any dead spots in the tank that will cause nitrates and phosphates.... I will be able to control for each output since I have installed gate valves for each closed loop input.

I'm fairly confident in the structural strength of your tank and I'm certain you're gonna love your flow....it's gonna make for some interesting aquascaping to hide the plumbing but it's gonna look and function great :) good luck on the water test

Thanks alot brother..... PVC is going to get covered with sand anyways since i am going to have decent amount in the display tank and i will be able to hide away most of the eductors but once the pvc's are covered with sand its not going to look as bad as they look now....

I want to thank you all for your comments and yesterday we were able to fill this tank with tap water to see if this tank holds water and if there are any leaks from glass seams or any bowing issues and I am happy to say that so far there is no sign of any stress on the plywood and structurally sound and looks very strong. I took the measurements from the middle of front to back and sides and after I filled with water I checked again and we had same measurements. This morning I went back in the fish room and checked all the closed loop pluming including pump and there was not a single leak so far and tonight i will turn the closed loop system on to check the flow of the water and play with it a little. So next plan is to connect the sumps and frag tank to together and turn on the return pump and run everything and leave it running for a week at least to make sure no leaks.... Here are the pictures of the tank filling up with tap water....

Tank is completely full of water now and this is second day and no leaks so far and no bowing issues.... All bulkheads are dry... This weekend we are planning on connecting the both sumps and frag tank and run the system with tap water for 2 days at least and I will be posting more pictures...
