Live aquaria has this wrasse listed as Halichoeres Annularis but this was transshipped to me as Halichoeres Marginatus. Even though Live Aquaria has them listed fairly cheap they are not very common but do come up from time to time especially misidentified.

It's probably because they aren't a big money maker, preds have a more specialized group of followers. Like me I love venomous/predatory fish. I also have a Hawaiian red eye lion in my reef which is more uncommon, here is his photo from divers den web I bought him
