Yes- awesome info. I'm doing my plumbing this weekend. First time, I feel pretty handy myself, but I bet this will be a challenge. Luckily my sump matches pretty closely to my tank holes. I unfortunately had to buy new bulkheads but I pray they fit (BRS says they will)

Buy clear primer it is out there u just have to look. I too have the purple primer floor and nothing matches it.

Another mess up, felt over confident when glueing the pipe into the bulk head, well pipe didn't go all the way in. Had to trip the fitting, as you can see gone the pic one connection is thicker than the other. Don't rush things!

Thanks!!! My 250 is growing coral likes it's its job ATM. 180 is leaking, ordered a new tank it'll be here next week. Not looking forward to moving everything .

I'm so sorry about the leak! I think all the 180s are cursed ...mine has some defects and has to be replaced. Luckily the current tank hasn't started leaking, but definitely has some issues.

, just got the old tank off, new one sitting in the garage. Stand is screwed.... now looking at other options for that...
