Here is a short video of my flametail blenny. I have had him over a year now he is a blast to watch. He chills out on my algae scraper and watches over the whole tanks. I got him at the same time I got my royal gramma. They are named Lenny and Squiggy respectively. ;)

I'd like to get a blenny for my tank, but i'm torn on which one. I like the look of the gold midas, but it seems like he's more of a swimmer, and I really want a percher. I love the look of the some ember blennies (the red ones), but it seems like there is a huge variety in their coloration, and red is far from guaranteed. I'd have to order online so unless I catch a nice looking one on WYSIWYG i'd be rolling the dice. Even then, I wonder if their coloration changes as they mature. The starry is brown but has a pretty cool pattern and is more or less consistent in appearance... maybe that's the way to go. Or maybe the segmented, or algae.... ugh!
