I have a gfo and carbon reactor. I don't run them all the time. I turn them on with a gate valve off of my manifold. When I stop using them I take them out and empty. When I want to use again I refill with new media and put them back. My question is how long, if at all, would the water be good in the reactor if I decided to shut off for a few days?? Would this be really bad idea??
