Have everything dry fitted together. But feel I'm missing something.
I had to change the way I did my plumbing inside the overflow box due to refugium I got 2nd hand.
Also how tight should I tighten the bulk heads on returns and over flow box?
My er drain is the first drain on left which goes directly to refugium...middle and right drain go to socket filter...
thanks in advanced...and before I glue it all together...

As far as the overflow it looks good, except I can't see the air hole for the second drain. (Could be hidden under the brace)
I assume the emergency drain in the refugium is just a spacing issue.

For the bulkheads I hand tighten and then give them a quarter turn with channel locks, just watch the gasket, don't let it squeeze out.

Our setup is not the same as the diagrams. Most bean aniamals are unlike what you have shown the holes come out the bottom

your going to need a gate valve or ball valve on the full siphon tube. if not it will just completely drain the overflow box and make a awful noise.

the other drain will need an air tap put in as stated above. otherwise it will be a full siphon as well.

use this pic as an example of what to do to one of the siphon tubes

also make sure the full siphon tube is no deeper than an inch below the surface of the water in the sump chamber otherwise it will not start up everytime after the return shuts off

2 and 3 need to be submerged under water, but not more than an inch or so. Any more and your full siphon will never start

Not sure what the gap is between pvc pipe and bottom of overflow box.
Will measure when I get home tonight.
Which elbow do I need to drill hole or do I even need hole?

Yes one of those needs a hole. The other one will need a gate valve or ball valve

#2 or #3 will need valve? Then whichever one gets valve the other gets hole? So if #2 gets gate valve then #3 gets holed drilled?
Correct? I'm gonna put a basket fitting on er drain pipe in overflow box.

Ok checked my measurements..
From bottom of overflow box to top of bulkheads (between overflow and tank) is 5 1/4 inches..
[HASHTAG]#2pipe[/HASHTAG] looks to be 3/4 of inch from bottom of overflow box
#3 pipe looks to be 1 inch from bottom of overflow box.
ER drain is 3inches from bottom of overflow box.
Now should I raise pipes 2 and 3?
