I get asked this question a lot and there is no set answer. I shoot in manual mode and prefer to keep ISO at 800 or less. From there, it really depends on the lens, amount of light available, how fast the fish moves and how much or little bokeh (the blur in the background) I want. I do include camera settings for the majority of my photos when I upload to flickr.
