With the help of some good friends I have returned to the hobby after a 7 year or so absence.

My system is:

Tank - 60" x 36" x 26" made from 3/4" acrylic tank with black back and 6" Eurobrace made by Advanced Acrylic
Stand - 60" x 36" x 36" aluminum extrusion held together with counterbore fasteners
Sump - 36" x 24" x 16" acrylic with black dividers made by Advanced Acrylic
ATO reservoir - 12" x 20" x 20" acrylic made by Advanced Acrylic
Dosing container - 3 compartment, black with a clear front made by Advanced Acrylic

Equipment consists of:
Apex Brain
4 Apex EB8s, one mounted under the stand and three in "the Master Control Room" AKA my office.
Apex VDM controlling my Tunze pumps
Apex WXM controlling my Radions
Apex PM2 monitoring Conductivity
Reef Octopus Regal 300INT Skimmer
8 Radion XR30 Pro Gen3
Vectra L1 plumbed as return. I have programed it via EcoTech's point of sale ReefLink and EcoSmartLive since I can't control it with the Apex.
1 Tunze 6000 aimed up
2 Tunze 6200s aimed back to front
Pax Bellum ARID C-24
Pentair - Aquatics Ecosystem Smart UV 40.
Ozotech Ozonizer
Home grown ATO float assembly connected to a custom 'breakout' box so the Apex controls the ATO pump
2 BRS dosing pumps controlled by Apex dosing BTS 2-part CA/Alk supplement
3 fans to cool the tank. Two fun under the stand aimed into the sump and 1 on stop of the tank

FTS - Doors and panels on stand are inset into the aluminum. Lights are mounted using the Ecotech RMS hanging kit.

Doors Open - Stand has two hinged doors and 4 panels, all HDPE. The panels are held in place by magnets.

Leftt Side, Panel On

Left Side, Panel Off

Right Side, Panel On

Right Side, Panel Off

Behind the Stand - The Rat's Nest. Wires, etc. go through two portholes to my office.

I really like the tank dimensions. Looks like everything is pretty covered! Was the 8 radions necessary, or are you planning to fill it up with a lot of high light coral?

Welcome back Ted. Your tank builds are always so nice. Can't believe it has been 7 years. Glad to see you are back in the saddle again.

Are you on a subfloor or a slab ?
Yes. Engineered hardwood floor on top of a concrete slab.

Yes. Lots of SPS. 8 Radions gives me complete coverage. I am running them at at max of 65%.

Thanks Brad. I am enjoying my return to the addiction.

:)
Looks great.

Thanks.

I was about to ask where do you get green filter pad and man that stuff is clean! Helps if you read a little rather than just always look at the pictures! What a build though. I might have to pull some ideas from what you did for my own on going build.

I did some system maintenance today. Here is a photo of the chaetomorpha in my ARID before I thinned it out. This was after 3 weeks.

That's crazy!
