So 2 weeks ago my 300 gallon glass started leaking at a seam..I was able to transfer everything to a 180 gallon that I had to purchase .now I need a new big tank I'm scared to do it in glass again after my disaster .that being said I can now have anot excuse to get my dream tank 96x36x30 .I'm thinking of doing this in acrylic. I feel like the seams on an acrylic tank will be stronger than some silicone....I have never owned anacric tank but I do realize there's some downfalls to it as far as scratching and stuff ,I figured I would be much happier with a scratch thanot a leaking tank....who can you recommend to build this for me ..?oh and it will be going down a staircase to my finished basement so weight with glass would be very tuff, this was my leaker :(

I just picked up my new acrylic tank last night and had acrylic creations build mine. They are in butler pa and did a great job with my 96x36x24

MRC, my reef creations, builds quality stuff. I have seen some of their larger tanks first hand and was real impressed

Midwest Custom Aqauriums built my 225 and 320G. My 320 I still have and over 15 years old. Still holding up. However At the end of the day, I'm still a glas/starphire fan,
