I have done martial arts for 20 + years , mostly jeet Kune do and Aikki Aikido , used too teach , but real life doesn't allow me time anymore unfortunately .

I did Tae Kwon Do as a kid and absolutely loved it. Don't know why I stopped, and now I'm in the same boat as far as time goes to start up again.

I used too be a fanatic .. trained and taught 4-5 times a week , ahaha that's a lot of pain , it takes its toll on your body , plus I work in construction thats heavy work as well .. and in the end it all comes back on you / your body,

Very nice. My wife and I enjoy baking and found an insane recipe for chocolate chip cookies. All the regular ingredients, the only difference is how and when you add them.
