Nah none mounted. Keep a couple of a feed and the rest are released, some species I never keep and some I always keep. Not that I can eat fish anymore- allergic to it now.

This is a coral trout, beautiful fish and great eating.

Allergic to fish? That sucks. I could go without any and all cooked fish for the rest of my life and be fine, but I do love sushi.

Catch and release is always fun. I used to live in Florida and I'd go spend the day fishing under a bridge. Ha ha never even caught anything worth keeping, but it was tons of fun.

Haha yeah it sucks, only happened this year to. I can still eat what us Aussies call prawns in fact that's tonight's dinner.

Some fish in my mind are to special to be taken home. But that's just me, I certainly don't have a problem with other people taking them home and I still take fish home for a my parents.

The table is a 8/4 live edge Black Walnut crotch slab on a c. 1880 Wilcox and Gibbs sewing machine base . Finished with boiled linseed oil, shellac and wax. The pen is a piece of 5000 year old Irish Bog Oak that my brother-in-law brings me on occasion. He's an archeologist and digs in County Roscommon when he's not teaching. The chessboard is all veneer - walnut burl and birdseye maple field with a 1/8" ebony border and the outside design is walnut, mahogany and anigre. All framed with quartersawn sycamore.

Very nice. My wife and I enjoy baking and found an insane recipe for chocolate chip cookies. All the regular ingredients, the only difference is how and when you add them.

Ah ha! I get it now, you made all of them. At first I thought that it was; you likes nice pens, playing chess, and making tables maybe that's all true too though. Very fine craftsmanship.

I think it's the how you add the baking soda that makes the difference! The day after batches that had a chance to sit in the fridge seem to always be better, and unless you like it strong, we dial back the vanilla
