No need to say "My bad.", it should be me apologizing for making this thread utterly confusing. Like I stated before, I'm not familiar with the rule of thirds. My apologies for being presumptuous. Nevertheless, the schematics for your new tank look amazing! I hope everything is coming together nicely. :)

Started up the sump while waiting for the main display. Added some live rock and also added four differens pods to the sump in the hopes that they will start to reproduce so I have a substantional enough population to keep my mandarin happy so i don't need to wait forever before adding it. Will get some chaetomorpha from a friend soon so i can start a small refugium.

While looking to make sure the pods were doing ok i found this monster asteria starfish which was about 6 cm wide (2,4 inch)

Finally got some pictures of my new tank from diamantaquarien. Looking good!
All remaining is that they get the remaining payment and then they'll ship it from Germany to Sweden :).
I've also ordered a fragg tank from a local fish store which was finished two days after i ordered it. That's what I call service!

Got my frag tank earlier and set it up today. Been reinforcing the shelf it's on so that it can't move around and so that it will be able to support the weight.

Minor set back. In the sump ive been keeping some fish for a friend. Today i found a cirolanid isopod sitting in my zeomatic reactor which must be coming from his fish. You can see in the first picture that it recently fed since it's full of blood. I've now decided to take it safe before my main display arrives and empty the sump and keep it dry until the main display arrives. I dont want to risk and isopod infestation when i migrate my fish in my old tank

Today the tank was finally delivered! Long over due. Now "only" one thing remains which is to cut the stand in half and reassemble it again. I forgot to think about the width of the door when giving the measurements of the stand sadly. I did thankfully think about that when i game the measurements for the tank though :)

The tank is finally in place. Been alot of extra work I didn't plan for. One being that I was stupid enough not to take the size of the door into account when ordering the aquarium stand so I had to cut it in half, order aluminum pipesthat fit the inside of the cut legs from Germany (I'm Swedish) and then bolt it together. The reason I had to order the pipes from Germany was because the inside measurements of the legs were 33 mm which isn't a standard pipe size. The steel the legs were made from must have been some alloy of adamantium and mithril because it took forever to drill through it to get the bolts in place. One leg took an hour to drill.
What's left now is the get the rocks in place and to assemble all the pvc.
Yesterday i continues the work with putting together the rocks with reef cement and now I'm just waiting for it to cure.

Getting closer now. Rocks are in place and I've started the long journey of filling it with ro/di water. My estimate is that it will take close to 2 full days to fill it up.
Let me know what you think about the aquascape. Negative or positive, I'm happy to hear both! :)
