Looking to start getting some fish in QT and stocking the new tank! The display is 360g with about 450g total volume.

I love tangs, want to add some reef safe angels. Also love anthia and wrasse. I really like all types of fish and want a tank full of fish!

What do you suggest and what would you add first.

I currently have some clowns, a goby, a regal tang, etc.

I love my naso tang and spotbreast angel. You can never go wrong with a yellow tang. Get some fairy wrasses in there!!!

Agreed! Definitely want a Yellow, Blonde Naso, and Achilles. Also a couple other good cleaning tangs.

I would second some leopard wrasses - especially the blue star (or vermiculite) since it is my favorite fish in my tank. I would also have a couple other fairy wrasses, some colorful anthias, and all of the tangs you already mentioned.

I definitely agree with this! A pair of blue throats or crosshatch would be gorgeous. I do like my niger as well. Endless possibilities with your size tank Rev.

Everyone likes my sailfin tang the best. And the watchmen goby pair with a pistol shrimp ( got luck all three were already paired up at the store.
I've always like flasher wrasses but was never able to keep them alive long in the other tank

So would you add the tangs first and together before any other fish?

Are you planning on getting a "peacekeeper". If so they you don't have to worry as much with the timing. If not, you're about to get a bunch of different opinions. :)

If that link doesn't work google Melev's Reef Peacekeeper. Just a big acrylic box that the fish can live in inside the tank so everyone can see it and get used to it. Some people say a week or two. I made a cheaper one out of an old fish trap that I just drilled a bunch of hole in it and zip tied Styrofoam to so I didn't have to get it off the bottom of the tank for each feeding. I had a purple tang, sailfin, yellow eye, yellow tang and added a naso tang with no aggression seen at all after 7 days. A few weeks later it jumping into my overflows and is stuck back there now...
One time I was at an aquarium and they were talking about some fish in a net trap in the big tank with sharks. They said they used it for a month or so so the sharks don't think of the new additions as food.

My wrasse wish list for a tank that size:

Halichoeres biocellatus or chrysus, maybe both
Macropharyngodon bipartus or ornatus
Paracheilinus attenuatus and filamentosus (but substitute any you like)
Cirrhilabrus, this is where is gets fun, consult this chart as needed
rhomboidalis
isosceles
lubbocki
jordani
bathyphilus
solorensis
exquisitus
and earlei if you can find and afford one
strong consideration for linetaus

My Pbt is very aggressive and more so as he ages. He has caused the loss of many fish. I think I might stay away from the Pbt unless you put him in last with the angels and smaller than the rest of the tangs and foxfaces if you get any.
