These zoas are not happy from the beginning and now i see dark brown stuff forming at the mouth of the zoas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you dip them in H Peroxide do it with plenty of ventilation, preferably outside and do not breath in fumes.

Someone that knows more can comment, but that's what I've learned from hours of reading. Seems like there's no real way to tell which contain this and which ones don't. I just bought my first two zoa frags this past weekend.

I dont think its Zoa pox, because the white dots u see are fine grains of sand. Its just dark brown stuff on the closing skirts that has me worried. Also if you look at my rastas they seem fine. My scrambled eggs are also fine

For peroxide? Are you sure you are thinking of the right chemical?

Check out the sticky thread dealing with Zoa toxins one R2R user had an issue with H Peroxide and a Zoa. Many have gotten sick from fragging, boiling rocks etc. all good just why not be safe vs sorry?

put them in a container of tank water and shake em up good so they close and get a powerful magnifying glass and look for pests and eggs. If you dont see any a couple drops of Iodine.
while theyre in the tank look for super tiny specs around the base of the poly. if its a nudi they ring the stalk and suck the sap.

how link have you had them?
Have they always been in the same spot in the light?

are you dosing any amino or anything?
dip in coral RX will give them a jumpstart usually but you need to figure out what is causing that slime/algae on them. Some of your other zoas also seem like skirt not completely open

PS do you have an area with a bit more shade/indirect light

I am using AF Reef Salt. No dosing because it mostly LPS. Weekly water changes take care of mag, cal, alk depletion. Its NOVU 10g with AI PRIME LED(Not HD). Flow is controlled by Tunze 6040 with Pulse mode. Pulse power is set to 20. Let me put them under shade and low flow.

I'd mess with flow before light. I moved mine to a lower flow and it seemed to do better
