Wifi Webcam

Anybody running a wifi webcam on their apex? Looking to purchase one but want something that will provide a nice image and not something that looks like if I was looking at the tank through my phone camera.

I had a foscam connected thru apex but that camera went out after a storm. I ordered another one with the better resolution and couldn't be happier. FI9826

Actually don't use the apex viewer anymore, I use the foscam app that allows me to control it, listen and talk for when there is an issue and I am on a business trip.

Yes, it's storming pretty bad here and all I have on is blues right now so it's dark in here. I can shot you a shot with more white light if you like.

I use a samsung smartcam hd... sadly no longer works in fusion since update... But their app works fine for me

I have 4 of the DCS -932L Dlinks that I am very happy with. Oh yeah, they are "apex" ready! Lol.

Well I got to play around with this camera for a bit. Still some bugs too work out but the image is great. All us testing the unit can look at each other camera's and the image is amazing and can be panned. Set up is super easy.

It has magnets so you can mount it directly to the side of your tank.

Software is being worked on because of some bugs but the camera from what I have seen has huge potential when finished and everything is working right.

Not much to say because I have not had much time to mess with it and it is still being worked on.

I am beta testing it for the US market with a few others.
It is still pretty early yet though..
When I got the camera there was not even a app done for android..
I like it and image is really good...
Easy to set up too..
Just again early beta and bugs are found and need to be fixed.
it has a hard time connecting to some routers and their security.

Its nice because it is cloud based so really not much to do with your router, no port forwarding.. It runs off a pretty easy to use app..


But the camera is still a work in progress and not ready for launch here in the U.S.
