Ordered the 80/20 aluminum pieces for the work table and frag tanks stand for the fish room. Finally found someone not too far from here to build the sump. Hoping for an update soon that will actually be on the setup of the 210g :) Trying to decide on my stock list.

Put together the sump stand and work table. Need to figure out what to use for tops that will be water proof and not cost and arm and a leg. I have a 4x2x1 frag tank that is acrylic and scratched so bad you can hardly see through it. Going to put it on the top of this stand and just put all of the rock I dont use in it. Still waiting for a price back on the sump, but as soon as it is hear, I will start plumbing for the 210!

Company out of Indiana. They come cut to length and ready to go.
Do you need to find a distributor to buy from them? Also, would it be comparable in price to build your stand out of this material vs buying a custom steel stand?

Well, the custom steel that I had done for the display is a little more expensive for the same size stand, but I think the welded aspect makes it more reliable. The biggest thing for me on this stand is that it is in my basement, and a welded stand this large would not have made it down the stairs.

You can buy directly from them. They also have load calculators and such so you can see what size extrusion you will need for your application.

Synergy Reef is doing their build thread and you can see another application for the 80/20 there.

Starting to clear up some of the floor space now that the shelves are up and the frag tanks are out of the way :) Just need a sump and I can start plumbing away.

Looks like I am going to try and build my own sump. It will cause some more delays on the display but I think it is a worthwhile investment of time.

Took a top down of my anemone in the 120g. I think it is a pretty unique color set. Have had this for 7 years now and have 13 splits in this tank

Sorry for being away guys. Not a lot happening at the moment. Work is slammed and my daughters first birthday is coming quickly. The wife is in a frantic party prep mode. More to come soon!
