Ive been in this hobby for about 3 years now and this is my first big tank. When I started dating my GF I had a my 75 and a 29 reef tanks. While we were walking around a LFS she saw a juvi koran angel and she was hooked on angels. Due to this new love of angels I was given permission to get a 180 when I moved in with her, lucky for me a friend was selling his 280(84x32x24) for what 180s where going for around here. That was in december lol.

Fast forward to now and I finally have it cycling. I have 2 angels in a QT tank, a majestic and a regal. I talked her out of the koran due to the look of it as an adult. Im still looking for one more angel, LFS has a passer that I want just dont have the room for right now.

I will be moving a set of clowns, male blue jaw, 2 blue star wrasses, and a green pearl reef wrasse(something like that), a blue tang and a tail spot blenny. Plan on a bunch female blue jaw and a bunch of butterflys and wrasses.

For equipment I have a herbie over flow leading to a 65g sump that has just a heater in it. A dart pump does the job of returning the water to the tank and to my Reef Octopus XP5000 ext. I have a WP 60 and WP40 for circulation in the tank. I put 280lbs of sand and about 200-225 lbs of rock with room to add more if needed.

And now for a few pics, sorry for the crappy pics only have my phone.

I think I'm good on angels for now. Emperator have never really caught my eye. If I get another one it will most likely be an annularis.

Think we are going to focus on smaller fish like wrasses, maybe some blue green chromis, looking for a midas blenny, stuff like that.
