Cut top off a soda bottle make a trap.... out a piece of shrimp in it.... took more time to make bottle trap then to catch my goby when I needed to get him out

I think prazi is a good place to start. If that doesn't help then I'd take him out to QT.

Well I couldn't find my Prazipro so after much research I've ordered the NLS Hex Shield 1mm sinking pellets. This is a medicated food strictly for treating internal parasites.
Once treatment begins I'll update this thread. Wish lil Goby luck. He got good health on his side along with an even better appetite.

If it's an internal isopod, that's very bad news. I would treat with metro (for internal parasites) and hope for the best. You can soak metro in food, so long as you also use Seachem Focus to bind the medication to the food.

He's doing great that's just it. Eats great, looks healthy, very active and loves his new found buddy. No physical signs that this "thing" in him is harmful.
But it bothers the heck out of me. Just knowing he's got it in him. I can actually see a tiny needle like probe moving on the thing. Crazy how clearly I can see it through the fish. [emoji33]
