check your lights for being too strong or flow too strong and water params first,,any other corals acting funny ???

I second the lights and parameters. Usually when mine half open, I know its not a pest or an irritant.
Also, most polyped things will close after white light goes off, even if blue lights are on. (speaking in LED terms)-just something Ive noticed.

First thing I'd try is moving them to the sand bed. Let them stay there for a week. If they still look like that, or worse, dip them.
