waterbox 25 build

Hey Guys! Just set up a new Waterbox 25 and have commenced cycling. Just curious as to what others are stocking and also using for media in the back chambers. Any info appreciated

So I have a pretty well established tank and I currently have 2 pajama cardinals 1 diamond back goby and a pair of clowns but I recently noticed some flat worms on a torch and wanted to see what would be a good wrasse to get or am I pushing it on livestock?

I am setting up a waterbox 25 peninsula and was just wondering where most people place the power head? I've seen some middle of tank; magnet in middle chamber and some with it right under the return nozzle. Also was wondering what media goes in what chamber. Thanks
