150 gallon 48” questions

So I’m looking at this tank for sale that is 48”24”30” i was wondering if the tang rule of 6 ft would still apply? Also would a fluval fx5 work for a 150 gallon fowlr. I’ve never had a canister filter on a saltwater system.
Also is that 30” height unbearable for mantinence I know fowlr you don’t have to reach as much as a reef.

Just what people say to not put a tang in less than a 6 foot tank but although it would be 48” it wouldn’t be some 55 gallon tank

you can put tangs in a 48" but you are limited on what ones what tangs do you like?
