Hey everyone I'm just curious on what everyone's opinions are, I have a 4 ft by 18 inch wide tank, not sure on the gallons as it was given to me, anyways it has been up and running since July, well Thursday I decided to add my final fish in a whitetail bristle tooth tang. Everything seemed fine as I saw him 8 hrs after adding, still hiding in the rock but moving around a little. But since that evening I have not seen him at all, I did a wc today but still didn't see him in that process. It has been 3 days since I have seen him, chances are he's gone?? Thanks in advance

Yup, they are super shy and this is super common.
He’s just chilling in a crevice somewhere pretty sure. Give it some time and he’ll make an appearance.
That's what I'm hoping for I'm hoping he shows up soon! He doesn't come out at all when I feed either so hopefully not starving to death somewhere in there
