Algae identification Red/ Brown?

Looking for some help identifying what type of algae this is. It’s redish/ brown. I’m changing my light cycle today by decreasing strength and time on. Also got a a few turbo snails and conch to decrease the algae growth. Seems to be somewhat working just hate the look. Any suggestions on how to battle?

the tank is 30 gallons running for about 6 months. 2 clowns 1 dotty 1 cleaner shrimp and 1 red shrimp. 2 turbo 1 conch and a couple hermit crabs.
was running my light 12-12 but just changed it to 4 hours a day ( recommend from the local fish store)

KH is 161.1 ppm kh
salinity 1.027
ammonia 0
ph 8.4
nitrite 0ppm
temp 79.1- 80.9 ranges on heat here.

Well 0 no3 and po4 are never good but it still looks like cyano to me. Chemi clean would be my route if confirmed.

It sure looks like it to me. One thing you probably want to do is get your no3 and po4 up before treating with anything. The last thing you want is to trade it in for dinos. I haven't had to use chemi clean in in a long time but it does work. I'm just not sure how much if any it might strip what little nutrients you have in there.

I seem to remember reading a thread where chemi clean striped an already ulns and led to Dino. If you didn't want the risk you could always outcompete it with something like reef actif. It won't be overnight but all in all will be a lot healthier approach.
