Exactly what happened to mine after a ride in a gyree.. left it alone and full recovery. Took about 4 months.I had a CSB get shredded--it completely lost its oral disc--and completely recovered.
I recommend giving it some flow to ensure that waste/detritus doesn't collect around it, and enough light so that it doesn't bleach. Since it can't eat it is getting all of its nutrients from the zooxanthellae which requires light to survive.
No need for meds. It doesn't appear to be infected and it looks like it's healing from the injury.
